The Kenya Judicial Staff Association is a registered body representing Judicial Staff across all levels of Kenya’s Judiciary. It is committed to fostering equity, integrity, excellence and champions for core welfare needs and fair labour rights for members.
Our mission is to strengthen solidarity among Judiciary staff, enhance collaboration with the Judicial Service Commission and other stakeholders, advocate for fair labour practices in justice delivery. We promote ethical conduct, provide professional development and welfare support to empower our members.
Through strategic partnerships with legal and human rights organizations, we influence judicial policies and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
